About Inventors

The “HAVOC” Gun Lasso is a Patented product invented by Johnny Lee Smith & Roy Manley. Two avid shooters and outdoorsmen.

Johnny is the founder and owner of Strategic Self-defense and Gunfighting Tactics- a law enforcement training company teaching defensive tactics and firearms to the criminal justice community.

Roy is a master machinist and co-owner and founder of Mach3 Machine Shop.
